Corrections, questions, and requests are all welcome. We read everything, though we cannot always reply individually.
We aim to respond to substantive enquiries within a few business days. Data corrections are reviewed and applied in batches.
Data corrections
An MSRP, residual, or cost estimate that does not match what you have been quoted. These are the most valuable messages we get — please include the model, the figure you saw, and the source if you have one.
Missing models
A vehicle you would like added to the calculators. We prioritize by how often a model is requested.
Privacy requests
Access, deletion, or opt-out requests relating to your data. See the privacy policy for what we hold, which is very little.
Advertising and partnerships
Commercial enquiries. Note that advertising has no influence on content or estimates.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell vehicles, arrange financing, broker leases, or negotiate on anyone's behalf, and we cannot tell you whether a specific deal is a good one for your circumstances. We also cannot provide financial, legal, or tax advice — see the terms for the full statement on that.
For questions about an actual quote you have received, the dealer and the leasing bank are the only parties who can give you binding answers. The negotiation guide lists the specific questions worth asking them.
